Pike County Housing Authority (PCHA) has letters of support from both the Baylis & Perry communities and Pike County Board regarding the intentions of the housing authority to move forward with the sale of the units in those towns. The next step is for PCHA to move towards getting appraisals of the units and then will be seeking federal government approval of the move thereafter. As a result of this, Pike County Housing Authority is no longer trying to rent the units in the Baylis or Perry communities.

PCHA is still actively trying to rent units in Barry, Pittsfield, Griggsville, New Canton, and Pleasant Hill.
