The Pike County Housing Authority has letters of support from the City of Pittsfield and Pike County Board regarding the demolition of up to 32 units of public housing in Pittsfield. Currently, there are 3 buildings not being actively rented, but everything else is being used for approved applicant placement. At this time, 2 buildings at Landess Terrace are going to be demolished and there is a building at E. Adams which is highly under consideration, but no firm decision has been made at this time.
