• Gas Leaks
• Broken Water Pipes
• Exposed Electrical Wires
• No Heat (Indoor Temperature is 55 or Below)
• Sewer Line Stoppage (Clogged Toilet)
• CO and/or Smoke Detector Battery Failure
• Fire, Flood, or anything else that threatens life, safety, or property damage

CALLS MADE FOR SERVICE AFTER HOURS & OFF HOURS THAT ARE NOT OF AN EMERGENCY NATURE MAY BE ISSUED A CHARGE. TENANT LOCKOUTS ARE BILLED AT $50.00, UNLESS DUE TO FAILURE OF EQUIPMENT.

DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS TENANTS MUST CALL THE OFFICE SO THAT A WORK ORDER CAN BE PREPARED AND THE SERVICE REQUEST CAN BE DOCUMENTED FOR QUALITY CONTROL PURPOSES.

MAINTENANCE STAFF ARE INSTRUCTED NOT TO ENTER TENANT UNITS WITHOUT A WORK ORDER IN THE SYSTEM!
